I will send you the password and I personally ask that you don’t give the document away freely, it took me over 2 hours just to scan the work into the scanner I bought just so I could put the article online! If you read it, you will get a feel for how much time and effort I spent on the research I did back in the day, 30 articles referenced within and many more gone through at the time to develop thoughts and understanding in the area of teaching and assessment.

I come back and re-read it every now and again and always find it an interesting read, it being from the 20th century and things being very different in the 21st century, but the basic’s of tutoring, mentoring, teaching and assessment having not changed since the dawn of man, this personally continuing to be developed as I continue to develop as a formal tutor https://infostocksy.wordpress.com/training/
